QUALITY ENGINEER

• Monitor and control quality processes including IQC, IPQC, and OQC activities.
• Review and evaluate incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Lead and support internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific standards.
• Handle non-conformance reports, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Liaise with internal departments on quality issues and improvement plans. Maintain proper documentation for quality systems, inspection records, and audit reports.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) from a quality assurance perspective.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role in manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge in IQC, IPQC, OQC procedures and ISO 9001 standards.
