Quality Engineer

What you'll do:Primary Function: This position provide support to operations by allocating resources to audit either the process or the products. This position will ensure the compliance of the plant to process or product specification. This position covers the PCBA and Final assembly operations. The Quality Engineer will also interact with customers to address and resolve quality issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential Functions:

• Supervise and give direction to PQC, OBA, OQC, IPQC, Repair (schedule, shifting, rotation)
• Ensure implementation or execution of defined quality plan for OBA, IPQC inspection and repair.
• Monitor the hold (FG, PCBA) and push the resolution with cross-functional team.
• Review and summarize the OBA (PCBA & FA) and IPQC results and publish the results for team awareness.
