Job Responsibilities

• Assisting in new projects with the establishment of Product Safety, aiming for complete implementation of actions/corrective actions to vehicle safety requirements to prevent repeat failures using the Product Safety catalogue (lessons learnt).
• Inspecting pre-series units in conjunction with other Q-type responsible PSBs to expedite safety-relevant problem recognition and corrective action implementation.
• Undertaking regular vehicle and line checks to evaluate current production (parts, part assemblies, and sub-assemblies) and obtain corrective actions for any potential safety-relevant problems detected.
• Representing the interest of the Quality Assurance Department during technical discussions with Service and the Product Safety Committee.
