Quality Engineer

To develop and implement a robust root cause and corrective action culture within the organisation. The Quality Engineering function is key to coordinating and leading 8D activities with a cross functional team to deliver and sustain improvements to both direct and indirect processes within the organisation.

+ The typical throughput of the company is 220 – 300 batches per month.

+ Define key improvement activities to improve the company's quality performance.

+ Lead 8D improvement activities with cross functional teams.

+ Develop inspection means and perform gauge MSA studies to identify best practice for self inspection.

+ Liaise with customers to resolve any identified issues.

+ Perform internal/external audits.

+ Work with process owners to develop internal processes/procedures.
