Reduce Scrap & Improve quality and reduction in Failure by Root Cause Analysis

Handle Customer Complaint Cell & Root Cause Analysis

Improve Shop-floor discipline for Cable Manufacturing and cost of poor quality

Conducting Shop-floor training to reduce failure

preparation & submission of PPAP document (PSW, control plan, FMEA, Flow Chart etc).

Communicate with marketing.

Attend Customer visit if required.

Attend audit conducted by customer related to system standards like IATF & ISO.

Provide Technical guidance to field Staff & Worker.

Responsible for Third Party Laboratory Testing.
