Quality Engineer- Rugby
The Role
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the company's quality management and inspection processes are consistently followed across all operations. The role involves monitoring and reviewing major projects to ensure customer requirements are met and that quality is embedded throughout every stage of the process, resulting in compliant products and complete, accurate documentation packs.
Responsibilities
* Support the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with company, customer, and industry quality requirements across all operations.
* Perform inspection and verification activities, including component inspection, First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102), measurement system analysis (GR&R), and calibration control.
* Support quality planning activities, including APQP, NPI, FMEA, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Quality Plans.
