Quality Engineer

1. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all fasteners comply with AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 9001, and customer-specific aerospace requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection criteria.

2. Inspection & Testing

• Perform and oversee dimensional inspections, mechanical testing, and non-destructive testing (NDT) for aerospace fasteners.
• Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments for inspection.
• Analyze material test reports (MTRs) and ensure conformance to aerospace material standards.

3. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Conduct 8D problem-solving, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to reduce defects.
