Responsibilities

• Inspection & Process Documentation: Develop and maintain inspection instructions for aeronautical structures and prepare all technical documentation (process sheets, visual work instructions, PFMEA).
• Process Definition & Optimization: Define, update, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes aligned with design requirements, internal standards, and industrialization of new products or design changes.
• Control Plans & Quality Methodologies: Coordinate control plans with inspection points, KC/KD characteristics, and acceptance criteria, while implementing and monitoring APQP methodologies.
• Nonconformities & Root Cause Analysis: Analyze nonconformities, lead root cause investigations using 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys, and define corrective and preventive ac...
