Quality Engineer Sr.

As a Quality Engineer Sr, this position supports manufacturing process and product quality by applying Goodyear standards, procedures, and quality engineering tools to solve problems in a production environment. The role leverages a strong understanding of internal and external customer and supplier requirements to improve customer satisfaction, process capability, and overall product performance. Serving as a technical content expert, the incumbent coaches and guides others in applying effective technical solutions, Plant Optimization (PO) methods, and data‑driven problem‑solving approaches. The position also leads product and process improvements, anticipates and mitigates risks, and ensures solutions meet defined business and quality objectives.
