Job Description
+ Understand internal and customer quality requirements to ensure that products are produced to internal and customer requirements.
+ Lead customer audit, process audit, product audit, station audit as well as process observations.
+ Conduct product contract review, Engineering Master, ECN review and work order review.
+ Prepare FAIRs to ensure that products we ship fulfill customer requirements.
+ Optimize/simplify inspection plan through POG and OAP program to ensure no nonconforming parts move to final inspection. Eliminate customer escapes and unnecessary inspection.
+ Manage the non-conformance reporting and corrective action process to ensure that continuous improvement is carried out.
+ Function as delegated supplier quality representative when approved to streamline the product release process.
