Quality Engineer

**What you’ll do:**

The QA NPI Engineer ensures that new products are introduced into manufacturing with robust quality controls, validated processes, and compliant documentation. This role partners closely with NPI Engineers, R&D, Process Engineering, Production, and Suppliers to secure a smooth and efficient product launch (PRO-Launch).

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead quality activities during New Product Introduction (NPI).
+ Conduct product and process qualification (FAI, validation, sample builds).
+ Review and approve Control Plans, PFMEA, SOPs, BOM’s and quality requirements.
