Job Description
- This role is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP. It includes managing audits, monitoring regulatory updates, analyzing quality performance data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- The position serves as the Management Representative, reporting QMS performance to top management, leading Management Reviews, and acting as the main liaison with certification bodies.
- The role also oversees Product Quality Management, supporting operations in resolving recurring product issues, facilitating root cause analysis, and promoting proactive quality ownership on the production floor.
- Additionally, it manages both Customer and Supplier Complaint processes (CCAR & SCAR) — ensuring proper investigation, root cause identification, corrective actions, and cross-functional collaboration to prevent recurrence.
