Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities
1.Quality Inspection and Standard Control
Be familiar with inspection standards and AQL sampling standards, proficient in using measuring tools and testing instruments such as calipers, micrometers and multimeters, and be familiar with the key quality control points of heat treatment process; independently read drawings and process documents, formulate and implement IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC plans; supervise the implementation of inspection, and verify the consistency of inspection standards, drawings, process documents and inspection specifications.
2.Quality Anomaly and Improvement Management
Determine, mark, isolate and review non-conforming products, and put forward suggestions for rework, repair or scrapping; analyze quality anomalies with 8D, 5Why, Cpk/SPC and other tools, and promote the implementation of corrective and preventive actions; track the improvement effect of defective products, form a closed-loop management to prevent recurrence ...
