Job Description

Test Lead should have experience on Functional/E2E/Integration Testing experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Payroll. Also, should have experience in developing Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, Test Case Execution, Tracking and Reporting. Your role A Strong functional/technical knowledge and understanding of functional system testing, system integration testing, E2E testing and UAT.Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (Oracle HCM), Payroll and integration testing experience is preferred.Payroll process knowledge and experience is mandatory.Expertise on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Hire to Termination, Payroll validations in ERP applications and handling Absence, Accruals, Timekeeping & Payroll modules.Hands-on experience in Test Planning, Test Design, Test Case preparation, Test execution, Tracking and Reporting.Strong exposure to SDLC, STLC and Agile methodologies.Experience in working with multip...
