Job Description

On behalf of a global client, RED is looking for a QA Engineering Lead to act as a automation-based quality gatekeeper for new features, platform changes, and integrations, ensuring production readiness at scale.


Role Details:

  • Quality Engineering Lead

  • Start - ASAP

  • Location - Remote (Spain)

  • Languages - English and Spanish

  • Duration - 12 Months + Extension

  • Capacity - 5 days/week, 8 Hours a day

    • Role Summary

  • Own automated quality gates and guardrails in CI/CD to ensure production‑ready releases.

  • Validate features, workflows, and integrations at scale via automation.

  • Ensure features meet defined business and user outcomes before release.

  • Provide automated evidence and quality signals for release readiness.

  • Drive continuous improvement through quality dashboards, KPIs, and risk insights.
