Quality Excellence Engineer

Purpose: Lead and implement new initiatives in continuous improvement program. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging employees to contribute ideas and participate in improvement initiatives. Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives like Built-in Quality, Lean Six Sigma, bottom-up initiatives and others across the organization
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement projects
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies
• Support in various departmental activities to ensure smooth operations
• Champion a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization
