Quality Executive

Role Description

The Quality Executive will be responsible to ensure compliance in SS651, ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001 standards in the operations departments.

Duties

1. Drive compliance by working closely with Business Units (Warehouse, Transportation, Depots)
2. File & upkeep all hardcopy and softcopy documents
3. Handle process and compliance audit inquiries in internal & external audits
4. Participate in internal & external training to stay up to date in651, ISO 9001,18001, and 45001 standards
5. Oversee various daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections in QEHS and account-specific regime
6. Prepare monthly compliance report for QEHS requirements
7. Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules
8. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
