Quality Improvement Specialist Senior

This is a hybrid role, with onsite work averaging three days per week at Dearborn Hospital.

While primarily based at Dearborn, this corporate position may require periodic travel to other Corewell Health East sites to collaborate on quality and patient safety initiatives.

As a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist, you’ll partner with clinical and operational leaders to analyze performance data, uncover trends, and lead quality improvement initiatives across systems and sites. Working closely within the communities you support, you’ll help connect strategy to execution and drive sustainable improvements that strengthen organizational performance.
