Job Summary:

• Requires involvement in writing Procedures, Work instructions or other process related documents as needed.
• Documents and maintains a variety of quality records related to evaluation, testing, and inspection processes for the Service Repair Center (SRC).
• Uses knowledge of regulatory requirements to assess, document and make recommendations for the improvement of quality.
• Verifies completion of repaired items including all final documentation and completeness of the document packages, writes Engineering Action Reports and Certificate of Conformance when required.
• Documents and maintains calibration records, customer setup files and monitors/documents lab and warehouse temperature/humidity readings for the SRC.
