Quality Inspector Moulding

Responsibilities

• Perform process audit on machines and report anomaly situations, following instructions and register.
• Assure quality of elements by verifying them visually, functionally, and dimensionally following the standards and instructions.
• Report any pending or relevant situation to colleagues from other shift.
• Follow up on non‑conforming material or defects reported from other areas through quick reaction on stopping material, inspection in the Warehouse, and give disposition following standards and instructions.
• Report to the next authority level any relevant situation, anomaly, or support needed.
• Comply with the Operational Procedures and pursue purpose improvements.
• Maintain order and cleaning of the area.
• Report any situation related to measuring equipment and operational equipment.
• Support on extra activities or related to projects.
