Quality Inspector

The Quality Inspector is responsible for monitoring the production line to ensure food safety, taste consistency, and packaging accuracy. You will be the eyes and ears of the factory, catching defects before the product leaves the facility.

Core Responsibilities

• Sampling & Testing: Collect samples of raw materials (spices, vinegars) and finished sauces to check for color, texture, and flavor.
• In-Line Monitoring: Regularly check production machinery and Critical Control Points (CCPs) like temperature and pH levels.
• Packaging Audit: Ensure labels are straight, expiry dates are clearly printed, and seals are airtight.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Documentation: Record all test results and report any non-conforming (defective) batches to the supervisor
