**岗位职责：**



+ 熟悉岗位的产品图样、工艺文件、检验文件和有关技术标准要求，熟练掌握有关检验器具和检验方法。

+ 严格执行质量管理体系文件，对其检验的产品做出质量判定，并对判定结果的正确性和由此引起的质量事故负责。

+ 对检验过程中发现的质量问题，分析原因，并按规定及时向有关部门反馈。

+ 做好不合格品的标记，及时监督隔离存放，保证不合格品不流入下道工序。

+ 认真填报各种有关质量原始记录，做到文字清晰、数据真实可靠、内容完整、妥善保存，并按规定及时上报。

+ 按规定做好产品检验过程中的标记、标识。

+ 定期抽查各工序工艺纪律。
