Job Description

Location: Rotherham, Yorkshire

ABOUT THE ROLE:
To follow the Inspection Plan set by the Inspection Team Leader / SHEQ Manager

Conduct effective inspections using the equipment available in a timely manner

Create inspection reports, on all components and fabrications.

Liaise with the Quality Engineers, where required

Conduct monthly internal calibration of measurement equipment to the calibration schedule and maintain the calibration register and records
ABOUT YOU: 
Previous quality / inspection experience in a metal engineering manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge using the following methods - Faro arm / Hexagon arm or other, Laser tracking inspection equipment

Knowledge and ability to use general measuring equipment effectively (Vernier, Bevel Box, Micrometre, Tape/Rule) 

Knowledge and understanding of Polyworks
