岗位目标:
1. 协助过程质量工程师开展过程质量控制与日常质量管理工作
2. 支持生产现场质量问题分析、数据收集及改进执行
3. 通过基础质量工具应用，逐步提升过程质量控制能力

岗位职责:
1. 协助开展生产过程质量监控，确保过程符合标准要求
2. 按要求执行检验标准、SOP及控制计划（Control Plan），协助维护质量文件（SOP、检查表、记录表等）
3. 参与生产现场巡查，识别基本质量问题并反馈
4. 收集过程质量数据（如不良、返工、FPY等），并进行基础分析
5. 协助整理质量报表和跟踪关键指标
6. 参与质量问题趋势分析，应用质量工具进行根本原因分析（RCCA / 5Why / Fishbone等），跟踪质量问题改善措施落实情况
