Quality Lab Supervisor

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Quality Lab Supervisor.
**What you’ll do**:
Supervise and ensure that the Quality measurements of the Quality lab are performed in accordance to all internal and external requirements in order to provide precise measures to support the operative process of the company. Be the material expert at the plant specially on rubber molded products where he can approve, advice or reject material based on lab testing inspection.
A. Approves reports and Dimensional Tests according to the requirements of the clients, internal and external, give tech supports as required
C. Participate in setting, communicating and achieving goals and objectives and develop and maintain performance metrics as required to monitor results and use those results as a tool to identify and initiate process improvements within own work area. participate in continuous improvement teams.
