Quality Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist Lab Manager in his/her routine job.
• Perform routine laboratory testing, inspections, and sample analysis according to established procedures and standards.
• Perform regular gas sampling from CVI furnaces and test with Gas Chromotograph.
• Prepare, label, and document samples accurately.
• Managing lab testing report and comply with the archiving procedure.
• Perform 1st level maintenance on the quality lab equipment (5S, regular cleaning, basic troubleshooting & escalation to maintenance team).
• Support laboratory test equipment readiness and validate the test method.
• Supporting Quality common Key Performance Index (KPI).
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives as assigned.
• Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative, etc.
