**Job Description**

+ Work with Controls Quality Leader as Quality Lead Engineer for Controls Engineering organization supporting multiple Gas Power business lines in support of the four Quality Workstreams: Zero Defect Culture, New Product Introduction, Supply Base Quality, and Management of Change. Engineering plays strongly in all four of these workstreams and across the entire lifecycle of our products.
+ Support response to front-line customers who feel the pain when we deliver poor quality.
+ Drive improvement upstream into our processes across all of Engineering.
+ Improve our engineering quality execution but also the broader Gas Power Quality workstreams.
