Quality Lead – Responsibilities

The Quality Lead is the owner of the business Quality Management System and responsible for developing, planning and leading the execution of all manufacturing activity in the Quality space. This includes managing the product and site qualifications for internal, customer and third party certifications and approvals. The position also has responsibility for planning and conducting internal audits that will monitor and ensure successful transition processes. Owns the delegation for product acceptance authority and other customer driven requirements. Quality Lead will be the top management representative and authority for monitoring performance and continuous improvement at site level. Responsible for continuous improvement efforts to continually improve the quality systems.
