Quality Lead - Moss

**Function**:
- Demonstrate Leadership for quality and continuous improvement (CI) by personal commitment to Company’s quality and improvements principles contributing to enhance the quality and continuous improvement culture in Moss site.
- Resources; Team leader responsible for quality resources. Assign resources to tasks. Mentor and ensure performance to expectations and compliance to procedures. Develop competence and skills supporting the strategic directions and Performance teams’ accountability. Follow up team personnel.
- Focus on driving the quality mindset and agenda in the Moss site organization, including Lessons Learned (capturing and share best practices across projects/locations).
- Drive Lean deployment as key enabler for waste elimination and CI in projects, at site or in supporting functions.
