**Quality Lead - South Korea**

The Quality Lead will oversee Hologic’s quality activities in South Korea. This role is responsible for the local Quality Management System (QMS) and post‑market activities, partnering closely with Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, and Global QA teams to ensure operations meet both Hologic’s global standards and Korean regulatory requirements.

This is a highly visible role where you will work independently, influence key stakeholders, and contribute to building and strengthening the local quality framework while aligning with Hologic’s global quality strategy. Your work will directly support the safe, compliant, and high‑quality delivery of Hologic products and services.
