Quality Management Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Manager to support the management of a children's residential home for young people with Learning Disabilities. Working alongside the Home Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and support are delivered to every young person.





Support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home

Contribute to care planning, reviews, and multi-agency meetings

Ensure safeguarding procedures and quality standards are consistently met

Conduct staff supervisions, inductions, and practice support sessions

Support Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance

Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent)
