Quality Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• System Development: Lead the establishment of the end-to-end quality management system for the express delivery network and drive the implementation of quality initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with quality-related departments across all nodes (e.g., Customs, Sorting Centers, Last-mile Delivery) to improve end-to-end lead times and service quality.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze key quality metrics to generate targeted improvement plans and drive operational teams to implement and achieve performance gains.
• Capacity Management: Manage delivery capacity, including courier recruitment, cost management (capacity structure and pricing policies, etc.).
• Special Projects: Handle other key tasks assigned by the General Manager.
