1. Monitoring of Department Objectives and Individual Targets

2. Proposed Initial Action plans or recommendations for the identified Objectives with Missed Targets or delays

3. Issuance of CARE for the Unmet and delayed submission of Department and Invidual Targets

Documented Information Management

1. Registration of Procedures and Forms

2.Storing and submission of Finalized Approved Procedures and Forms

1. Consolidation of Document Information Management Table (DIMT) every 25th of the Month

Process Compliance

1. CARE Issuance and Monitoring

2. CARE Follow up and Closure

3. CARE/ NC's Monthly reporting with RCA and Closure status

4. Internal Audit Execution
