Quality Management System Head

Qualification

• A Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
• with at least 3 years of experience in creating process flows for continual system improvement is an advantage
• Good knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System is an advantage
• with experience in using tools such as MS Excel and Google Sheets
• with experience in using flowchart tools such as MS Visio or
• Effective communication skills with strong sense of basic leadership.
• Good spoken and written English.

Job Description

• Develops processes, workflows, guidelines and forms.
• Responsible in evaluating existing processes and configuring systems for continual improvement.
• Provides technical support in creating dashboards and scorecards using excel or google sheets.
• Orients employees on approved documentations.
• Maintains approved documented procedures.
