Quality Management System

I. Duties and Responsibilities

· As part of the audit team, supports the execution of internal audits, such as Internal FSSC audit, mock audits, traceability exercises, and prepares the organization for either a second or a third-party audit (i.e. customer, regulatory, or certification audits)

· Follows the control of documented information policy

· Assists in the preparation and completion of the requirements for the application or renewal of permits that are relevant to or within the scope of QM (i.e. BFAR, NMIS, FDA LTO)

· Performs tasks that are focused on reviewing and updating the Food Safety and Quality metrics that are implemented within and across FSI, including its extensions, suppliers, and service providers (i.e. Plant Quality Index (PQI), Supplier and Toll Manufacturer's Scorecard, Food Waste, etc.)
