Quality Management System Specialist

The Quality Management System Specialist is responsible for assisting departments and branches in coming up with the best possible solutions in their operational performance by enhancing and developing systems and procedures, standardizing and benchmarking against best practices, performing operational systems and manpower audits.

The candidate must be a college graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related four-year course, computer literate, and equipped with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The role requires strong leadership capability, demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage work with a high sense of urgency and organization. The ideal candidate is adaptable to change, capable of coaching and developing others, possesses strong project management skills, works effectively both independently and within a team, and is flexible with work schedules based on business needs.
