Quality Management System Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish quality management systems guidelines and procedures including manuals, work instructions, templates, and forms.
• Responsible in the monitoring and maintenance of the applicable procedures and instructions.
• Spearheaded and ensured periodic Internal Quality Audits; provided support to the audit program as needed, such as facilitation of training on awareness, audit planning, and documentation.
• Acts as the repository of all important company documents.
• Review, maintain, and update registered documents and records.
• Oversee and guide the proper use of all forms and ensure that they conform to the standards, procedures, and timing in their usage.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
