Quality Manager

Job Description

• Set the annual plans for the lab tests, receiving of raw materials, calibration of devices and monitoring and quality checks of production line to ensure compliance of products with quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality management systems and policies to establish a framework for ensuring quality of products.
• Oversee the activities of the QC and QA team members to ensure that quality control and quality assurance activities are coordinated and effective.
• Validate quality standards and specifications for products and processes to provide clear guidelines for employees and ensure product consistency.
• Follow up on implementing the GMP (good manufacturing practice) with the related departments to ensure adherence with the quality standards.
• Conduct quality audits, monitoring and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
