Job Description

 Manage the Plant’s Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain API Q1, ISO 9001, and API 16AR certifications and compliance. 
 Provide guidance for developing quality procedures in Rig Technologies and ensure compliance with global, product, legal, and customer requirements. 
 Manage internal and external audits, and monitor and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), ensuring proper root cause methodology and recurrence prevention via the Intelex system. 
 Support the implementation and lead continuous improvement projects, including global Quality initiatives, and support other departments in process mapping and problem-solving using quality tools. 
 Reduce the Cost of Quality by working with operations and improve On-Time Delivery (OTD), while continuously monitoring the level of customer satisfaction.
