Quality Manager (Apodaca)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Responsible for decomposing and developing annual quality indicators based on the company’s quality strategy, and organizing implementation to achieve the target.**
1) Organize the collection of relevant information and provide the department’s annual quality target plan to the head of Quality Management Department
2) Responsible for preparing the annual quality work plan, reporting it to company leaders, and organizing the implementation after approval
3) Supervise, inspect, and assess the completion of quality work by each department
**2. Responsible for tracking and handling customer complaints, ensuring no recurrence of defects, and no Class A complaints**
