Quality Manager

We're looking for an engaging and experienced Quality Manager to lead our small Quality team at our factory in East Tamaki. This role works across both local and global teams and is accountable for all aspects of quality, including QA, QC, systems, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this position is a key member of the Operations Leadership team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing a strong quality perspective within the plant leadership team and influencing site strategy and direction
• Leading and developing a small Quality team, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support.
• Supporting production and overseeing testing of raw materials, WIP, and finished products to ensure consistent product quality
• Acting as the New Zealand food safety expert, leading HACCP programs, projects, and governance
