Manage and supervise the Quality and Processes Department.
Ensure compliance with company quality objectives.
Guarantee that customer requirements are evaluated and implemented within the organization.
Ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
Participate in feasibility studies for new projects.
Ensure that new projects and transfers are executed on time and within budget.
Monitor and track department KPIs and establish corrective actions when necessary.
Coordinate training and development programs for the quality team.
Implement corrective and preventive actions derived from audits, customer claims, and product findings.
Monitor quality costs.
Establish product acceptance and rejection criteria during final inspection and sub-process inspections.
Issue product audit reports for finished goods.
Support management in defining strategies and objectives.
Promote continuous improvement projects and best practices.
