About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and values-driven Quality Improvement Manager to join Muve Healthcare Group. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and high-quality practice across our services.
Leading a team of Compliance Officers, you will work in close partnership with operational, clinical, and senior leaders to ensure our services consistently meet and exceed CQC and Ofsted standards , while embedding a culture of learning, accountability, and best practice.
This role suits someone who thrives on influencing positive change, translating insight into action, and improving outcomes for people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
