This is a unique opportunity to join Haag during a major transformation into a dedicated pet food manufacturing site. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in shaping quality and pet food safety standards, driving site conversion activities and influencing strategic business decisions as a member of the Site Leadership Team.

**Your key responsibilities:**

+ Responsibility for managing the Quality Management System (QMS) and Pet Food Safety system, ensuring compliance with FSSC22000, GMP+, and internal standards.
+ Leading pet food transformation activities, including risk assessments, validations, cleaning validation, zoning, and segregation strategies.
+ Chairing the HACCP team and continuously analyzing and updating food safety hazards arising from new product flows and raw materials.
