Key Responsibilities:


Ensure quality control and assurance for juice and beverage production as per company and regulatory standards
Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 22000, HACCP, and FSSAI standards
Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process production, and finished beverage products
Conduct regular quality audits, process inspections, and hygiene audits in the plant
Ensure compliance with food safety standards specific to juice and beverage manufacturing
Handle quality documentation, batch records, and compliance reports
