Job Description
The Quality Manager – Key Accounts is responsible for ensuring customer and product quality excellence across key customer portfolios. The role drives continuous improvement, preventive mindset, and risk-based thinking to meet or exceed customer expectations and company goals.
This position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), strengthen customer satisfaction through scorecard improvements and escalation management, and foster VAT’s core passions of Integrity, Teamwork, Customer Centricity, and Innovation while promoting a culture that makes VAT a Great Place to Work .
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Identify and analyse issues, defects and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products, recommends and facilitates solutions to prevent recurrences of these issues.
