Job Description

The Quality Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and control of quality related initiatives including ISO9001 & IATF16949, as well as other Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. In cooperation with site management, responsible for the quality assurance and control functions throughout all Product divisions and the implementation of proactive quality management systems.
Ensure implementation and evolution of safety guidelines and procedures.

Coordinate all quality related and total customer satisfaction programs to meet objectives.

Insurance of all QMS relevant procedures are initialized and optimized.

Monitor and report ISO9001, IATF16949 and quality performance.

Overall responsibilities to design, implement, and maintain Quality Policy program to establish quality goals and objectives.
