Quality Manager Plastic –  Automotive Sector

The Role:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing and administering the Quality Assurance Program and continuous improvements

Participating in the establishment of department objectives and ensuring quality procedures and policies of the company are accomplished.

Researching product defects and developing process control procedures

Recommending modifications to product quality standards

Directing inspection and testing procedures

Contacting customers and suppliers regarding quality problems

The Requirements:

Bachelor´s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a quality department and leading a team of quality engineers

Experienced in the automotive plastics industry ( plastic molding process a must)

Solid knowledge in IATF

Business English
