Responsibilities Maintain and involve in Quality Management System (QMS) that is in conformance with ISO9001:2015, ISO13485 and AS9100:2015 Responsible to initiate and monitor the internal quality audit to be performed as to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) Lead, manage and mentor the QA team and ensure a productive and high-performance work environment Plan and Perform Customer / Process audits Review audit findings and develop action plans Participate in audit meetings and coordinate internal and external audit activities Manage First Article Planning, CMM, CMM program, Visual Inspection program and other measurement equipment Manage Internal and External Corrective Action Reports (CAR) Perform root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective correction and process improvement Manage Departmental KPI and Suppliers Qualification, Performance Monitoring, Quality Management and Audit and Disqualification Program Coordinating and l...
