Quality Manager

About this Position

As a member of the site leadership team, you will manage all aspects of site quality – QA (Quality Assurance), QE (Quality Engineering) and QC (Quality Control) – to ensure the effective implementation of, and ongoing compliance with customer requirements, ISO 9001, and the relevant Henkel procedures. 

What you´ll do

• Implement, maintain and continually improve a site quality management system meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 and any additional sector-specific quality standard required by the business (e.g. IATF 16949, AS 9120, FSSC 22000), customer-specific requirements, and Henkel procedures.
• Lead (and participate in, as auditor) the integrated management system audit program for Seven Hills site and NSW-based suppliers, ensuring that a) the audit schedule is based on risk, whilst meeting the requirements of our customers and certified management system standards, and b) the schedule, a...
